Remove or protect personal belongings to avoid accidental damage.

Delays caused by weather, unforeseen circumstances, or third parties.
Damage to unprotected furniture or fixtures during the project.

5. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the agreement before the project begins. Any deposits made may be subject to deductions for preparatory work already completed.
